I actually began my real estate career at the age of 8 when my mother became a top-producing agent in the Philadelphia area. As a child in a real estate family, I became hooked on attending open houses, helping Mom write creative ad copy and keeping track of her many transactions. After graduating from college, I secured my real estate license and dove into real estate at 21 years old, with Mom as a dynamic and wonderful mentor. In my 28 years in the business, I have been an Agent, a Manager, and a Regional Manager for large real estate companies in Connecticut. I have also added to the depth of my experience by acquiring real estate companies and being a Senior Vice President of Corporate Services which included Corporate Relocation, an Internet Division and Home Services Division. This background gives me a broad understanding of all of the facets of the business and what is important for our agents to continue to grow their business.
 
As the Office Leader of the Prudential CT Realty Westport office, I believe in creating a positive and productive office environment for my agents. I maintain personal connections with my agents by getting to know them and working with them to develop their skill set and sales style. I meet with agents one-on-one on an on-going basis, as well as coaching them to establish and reach their goals. This ensures they are utilizing all of the advantages of the company and maximizing their own skills. 
 
My approach inspires new agents to get acclimated to the business and build their careers quickly. With experienced agents, I capitalize on their strengths and past successes to create consistent sources of business for them. Each individual in the office is part of our larger team with includes our incredible staff and resources of our corporate headquarters. 
 
One of the business beliefs I have is to do what I ask of my agents. I make a commitment to learning and using technology. I also have a strong personal dedication to growing as an Office Leader, so I can assist my agents in becoming even more skilled in working with their clients. I work with a Business Coach which opens up many possibilities for learning and growing for me. My agents benefit from my personal philosophy of having a positive and proactive approach to my business and my life. 
 
I work in an environment where it is imperative to provide the highest level of service to our clients. We wholeheartedly believe in our service and we accomplish this through our Sales Executives who are knowledgeable, responsive and compassionate.
